How do I send work to you ?

We can deliver work through the same media or as required by the client.
How do I pay?
For new customers we accept more than 25% in advance and balance on submission of work. The payments can be transferred through Western Union, Cash2India.com, Remit2india.com, Paypal (Integrated within the site).
Our company is located at a distant location, will that be a problem?
Most of the work we do is for clients at remote location. A client could be from anywhere within the country or anywhere outside the country. We have few clients from countries like USA, UK etc.

Who owns the copyrights of the web site and the complete content on it?
We get paid for our time and the copyrights remain with the client.
What type of web maintenance do you provide? And how much does it cost?

What is SSL?
SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. It is a standard developed by Netscape Communications to transfer information securely across the Internet. Once this connection has been made, information, like credit card numbers, can be exchanged securely.
You can use SSL to protect credit card information to be hacked, actual processing of the credit card will require a Merchant Account from a bank.

What would be your strategy to execute my project within the required time?
We follow a time tested and a standard process to accomplish any given project. After we get an RFP
Request for Proposal filled up by you, we:

How can I sell products online? Do I need a merchant account?
To sell online you can build product pages, have a link to a payment/shipping form or use a shopping cart application that will provide more options like calculating tax rates, shipping options.
You don't need a merchant account if you don't intend to accept credit carts online. If you want to protect the data from being hacked, you should get an SSL enabled Web Server.
How can I accept credit cards online securely?

| 1. | First you have to have a merchant account with a bank. This will enable you to process credit
card transactions for your business. |
| 2. | Once you have a merchant account set up you have two options.

| | • | If your bank has Internet services, you can use a third party processor. You provide a link to their site and they provide the secure site on which to process the transactions. If you use a third party processor, there is a processing fees involved. Still, if you expect a lot of transactions this option may be more economical and convenient.
